About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning user experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute UI kits, design systems, and pattern libraries
  • Lead projects across clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop elegant design solutions that meet complex and ambiguous requirements
  • Contribute to user research and synthesis of findings to inform design decisions
  • Partner with UX Design to establish new ways of working and improving workflow

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience creating innovative and visually stunning user experiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, estimating projects, and working alongside project management to keep projects on track
  • Strong understanding of UX practices, including sitemaps, personas, consumer research, and wireframes
  • Passion for accessible design, with an understanding of the latest standards
  • Degree in visual design or interaction design (or equivalent)
  • Outstanding design portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative design solutions
  • Expert experience in Figma, with a strong understanding of component-based design
  • Experience working with dedicated prototyping tools
  • Ability to create final graphic assets for flawless design implementation
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • Natural diplomat with effective communication, coordination, scheduling, collaboration skills, and the ability to stay highly organized
