About the Role

Quadient is a global leader in customer communication solutions, with a rich history of innovation and growth. We're seeking a skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic iForms team, driving the development of scalable software systems and leading technical direction for projects and domains.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop software systems for the iForms platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
  2. Lead technical direction and implementation of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and growth opportunities.
  4. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  5. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions, documenting design decisions and system designs.
Your Profile
  1. 8-10 years of experience in software development, designing and creating web applications.
  2. Proven experience as a Staff Software Engineer or similar role, with expertise in frameworks like Angular and Vue.
  3. Extensive experience with cloud-based technologies, particularly Kubernetes and AWS/EKS.
  4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
