Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at SearchLabs. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and train project personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and company growth.
- Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICI construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, technology, equipment, means and methods, and general industry practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
