Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, and ensure they are within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICI construction industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, technology, equipment, means and methods, and general industry practices.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards.
  • Gold Seal Certified an asset.
  • LEED Accredited an asset.
  • Net Zero, WELL, and Passive House an asset.
