Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at SearchLabs. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage and resolve contractual and technical issues with consultants and trades
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost reports, progress reports, and final project reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICI construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, technology, equipment, means and methods, and general industry practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
