Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, developing applications for our cutting-edge technologies, and driving design-in activities with our valued customers.
About the Role:- Opportunity Identification & Qualification: You will actively research and identify potential customers within your assigned vertical market, focusing on key accounts and product lines. Your responsibilities include characterizing these opportunities based on volume, target price, design schedule, competition, and value proposition.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Drive opportunities from prospect to qualification, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales team to secure orders. You will provide ongoing follow-up and support throughout the sales process.
- Strategic Account Development: Collaborate closely with the Sales, Distribution, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop and execute strategic account plans. Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness of these strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth research on top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within your assigned vertical market, leveraging your understanding of their needs and challenges to identify potential applications for our products.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the electronics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
