Senior Business Consultant Opportunity

S.i. Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our team and assist in the improvement of services to internal clients.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to drive business improvement and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze IT services to identify opportunities for improvement through better leveraging of ITSM processes
  • Document and govern processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with service lines to understand service offerings and delivery methods
  • Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improvement
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to service lines and stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Federal Government experience and a Secret Clearance
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and Incident/Service Management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certification
  • Project Management experience
  • Active Directory experience
