Business Consultant Opportunity

Ottawa's Protak Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to support new and ongoing projects with the federal government. This is a contract opportunity.

Scope of Work
  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) development, measurements, and gap analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity on departmental systems and develop quality procedures (QPs) to maintain high standards.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop organizational improvement plans to drive continuous growth.
  • Collect and analyze information to present findings on complex issues and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop business requirement documents and coach stakeholders on business strategies.
  • Analyze stakeholder business objectives and recommend solutions to address business problems.
  • Implement and evaluate cross-functional decisions to drive business success.
  • Assess the organization's capacity to undertake and deliver initiatives or changes.
Requirements
  • Candidates must provide references with their resume.
  • Candidates must hold an active Security Clearance with the Government of Canada.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Consultant.
  • A professional certification related to Business Management or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Work will primarily be conducted in English. Bilingualism is an asset.
