Job Title: Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Turner & Townsend Group, you will play a key role in supporting the development and management of complex Asset Management improvement programs, service lines, or business units for asset-intensive organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Asset Management systems, frameworks, and supporting elements such as policies and strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop proposals.
  • Deliver projects, including project plans, timelines, and specifications for deliverables.
  • Manage internal and external project reporting, governance, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, and track project progress.
  • Manage the production and handover of final deliverables, including presenting findings to clients.
  • Carry out project reviews, capturing client feedback, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Carry out research, data collection, and analysis activities.
  • Interpret findings, clearly identify issues, and formulate and present recommendations to clients.
  • Manage projects and tasks to agreed schedules.
  • Support the continual improvement of AMCL products and services.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Recognized university degree.
  • Working in an infrastructure Asset Management organization and knowledge of the asset lifecycle phases and its enablers.
