About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Personal and Business Banking Team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them manage their accounts and products, and connecting them with the right team members to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Listen to clients' concerns, ask questions, and work collaboratively to resolve issues and find creative solutions.
  • Leveraging Technology: Stay up-to-date with our mobile banking applications and help clients navigate our digital platforms to manage their banking needs.
