About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Banking Associate to join our Agriculture Services team in Barrie. As a Business Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced Account Managers to develop and implement business plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide financial solutions and advice to clients in the agriculture industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirement

English is the primary language of business at TD. Fluency in English is required for this role.
