About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical and professional customer service
  • Completing project estimates and proposals
  • Leading shop construction and field installation teams
  • Managing project contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Operating and utilizing 2D/3D CAD software
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Traveling to job sites throughout Canada
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, and site construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Attention to detail and fine motor skills
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement
  • Quality-focused and self-motivated individual
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
What We Offer

C&A Group offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $105,000, paid vacation, benefit packages, company-paid RRSP contributions, technical and leadership training, and career growth opportunities.
