About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at AYN Immigration Services Ltd. as a Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Process customer payments and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in using database software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment
