Job Title: Wealth Management Associate

At National Bank, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our investment advisors in their daily activities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support investment advisors in delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client requests
  • Perform routine financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and ensure accurate transaction adjustments
  • Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts, with diligent follow-up
  • Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Produce portfolio management reports, providing valuable insights to our clients
  • Manage client files, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings, ensuring seamless communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
Language:

English and French are the primary languages spoken in our workplace. You will need to be proficient in one of these languages to communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues.
