About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Management Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, produce portfolio management reports, and ensure diligent follow-up on client requests.
  • Administrative Support: Manage client files, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings, ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements
  • Education: A college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
