About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Wealth Management Associate at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and other related tasks.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions.
  • File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reporting: Produce portfolio management reports, providing clients with detailed information about their investments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to investment advisors, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work closely with an investment advisor to provide exceptional client service and support.

Requirements
  • Education: A college and/or university diploma in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, or financial industry.
  • Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and excellent customer service skills.
