We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contractor Sales Specialist to join our team at our Home Centre location. Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to contractors and builders.

• Provide expert guidance and product recommendations to contractors on building materials and supplies.
• Prepare accurate quotations for construction projects, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and identifying potential shortages.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and productive work environment.

• Minimum of Grade 12 education with a focus on business or construction management preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in building materials sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with contractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
