About the Role:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a skilled Contractor Sales Representative to join our team at our Home Centre location in Shellbrook, SK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to contractors and builders in our community. As a Contractor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to contractors and builders
  • Assisting with sales and quoting for building projects
  • Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining customer accounts and processing quotes and invoices
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise, operating point of sale systems, and conducting inventory counts
  • Building relationships with contractors and strengthening existing accounts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A grade 12 diploma and 3 years of experience in building materials sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of building materials industry, estimating, and construction trends and codes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
