As a member of the Business Services team, the successful candidate will acquire the expertise necessary for understanding, preparing, and drafting commercial credit documentation. The role involves supporting the Senior Manager in overseeing finance portfolio risk.
Through engagement in business model evaluation, financial assessment, risk evaluation, and collateral analysis, the incumbent will be a vital resource for the Account Manager, Business Development, and their Assistant Vice President. The Credit Risk Analyst will be tasked with:
  • Completing the assessment of new transactions and conducting annual reviews of files and modifications within set timelines.
  • Inputting client financial statements and projections into the risk rating tool.
  • Executing financial evaluations based on financial statements and forecasts, performing sensitivity assessments, and benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Identifying and assessing risks linked to client operations.
  • Monitoring anomalies in client portfolios.
  • Ensuring the implementation of securities aligns with credit authorization requirements.
  • Participating in meetings or conference calls with clients.
  • Engaging in integrity and compliance processes (Code of Conduct, internal policies).
  • Conducting work in accordance with established practices, policies, and specific objectives, while adhering to current legislation and the Bank's protocols.
Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three to five years of experience.
  • Exceptional writing capabilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Positive outlook.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking.
  • Strong interest in finance and proficient analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the Office Suite of applications.
