About the Role
Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Credit Associate to join our team at our Laval location. As a Credit Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general office duties, adjustments, and filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Process adjustments and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with credit investigations to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Communicate with customers and branch staff regarding past due accounts to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
- Filing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
