We are a dynamic production company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production process and contribute to various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in coordinating and preparing for production shoots and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of production equipment and props, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring sufficient supplies are available, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Assist in script preparation and review, providing valuable input and feedback to the production team.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and organizing files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with production equipment and tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
