Project Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Position Overview: In the role of Project Coordinator at Medline Canada, you will play a vital part in supporting various administrative tasks related to multiple projects and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Project Manager of Business Transformation, your primary focus will be to provide effective project assistance while following Medline's established Project Management Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold a well-organized framework for successful project execution
  • Ensure clear understanding of project scope, timelines, budget, and assigned roles
  • Develop and monitor action items, issues, and risk management logs
  • Facilitate updates and prepare comprehensive project status reports
  • Assist in the coordination of significant project deliverables
Required Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator capacity
  • Possession of CAPM or PMP certification is advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
