Job Description

Scope of the Position

The Employee Experience Consultant (EEC) supports the business strategy and operating objectives of their assigned platform by providing employee and labor relations support, guidance, and coaching to people managers and employees regarding the application and/or interpretation of company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to people managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee experience initiatives that drive business results and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and business leaders, to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide sound recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results.
