Job Description

Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Instruction and Training: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques and best practices.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Earthwork and Paving: Level earth to fine grade specifications, pave, and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Spill Response and Debris Removal: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near construction sites as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
