Mortgage Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support our client in the insurance industry. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of in-office work and remote flexibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately prepare and review mortgage documents to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review mortgage-related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to bank mortgage products, credit policies, and compliance regulations.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues in mortgage documentation promptly.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document preparation and management.
