Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux est un spa de renommée internationale situé dans l'ouest de l'île de Montréal. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un réceptionniste dynamique et passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion.

Compétences requises
  • Compétences en service à la clientèle exceptionnelles
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
  • Ponctualité, organisation et esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
Responsabilités
  • Tirer les rendez-vous au téléphone et en personne
  • Gérer et maximiser le carnet de rendez-vous
  • Gérer la caisse (paiements, achats, cartes-cadeaux)
  • Maitriser les différences et les particularités de chaque traitement et suggérer aux clients les soins les mieux adaptés à leurs besoins
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire
  • S'assurer que les clients soient pleinement satisfaits avant de partir du spa et offrir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle
  • Gérer les premières plaintes des clients
  • Gérer les profils des clients et s'assurer que toutes les informations d'identification sont présentes
  • S'assurer d'informer les clients des politiques de remboursements et d'annulations du spa
