Senior Sales Manager - Pre-Owned

Nav Bhatia Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Pre-Owned team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
