**Job Summary**

York Region Home Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales for our home maintenance services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through business development and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct sales calls and estimates to sell our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our home maintenance solutions.
  • Closing sales contracts with clients, ensuring their needs and budget are met, and building strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the home maintenance or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience with sales tracking systems.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
