This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry-leading talent in a high-performance culture. As a Studio Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming members and guests with enthusiasm and energy
  • Promoting the OTF concept to new members
  • Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
  • Offering studio tours and introducing new members to our community
  • Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Selling memberships and promoting our studio
  • Addressing member concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
