Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager

At Orangetheory Fitness 10139, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Studio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help manage and lead sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  • Deliver outstanding and personable customer service to all members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Lead studio tours and describe our offering to potential members, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, driving revenue growth and studio success.
  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program, encouraging members to refer friends and family to our studio.
  • Maintain accurate records using established systems, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and conduct follow-up customer care calls, providing exceptional support to our members.
  • Greet and interact with members and guests enthusiastically and positively, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the head coach and fitness team to deliver an exceptional member experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the studio at all times, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Create content and schedule for social media, showcasing our studio's personality and engaging with our online community.
  • Member check-ins and planning and executing member and staff events, fostering a sense of community and connection among our members.
  • Positively represent the Orangetheory brand, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.
  • Lead community outreach initiatives, building relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our studio and services.
