Position Overview:
Foster a warm and inviting environment for hotel visitors by assisting with luggage handling and facilitating a smooth departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist incoming guests, managing their luggage and guiding them to the reception;
- Ensure efficient traffic flow around the hotel and assist with guest transportation requirements;
- Offer recommendations and insights about the city and its attractions;
- Engage with guests professionally and with hospitality;
- Adhere to Four Seasons' standards and protocols;
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas;
- Support guests at the Concierge Desk as necessary;
- Carry out other related duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight;
- Proficient in both French and English (Intermediate level);
- Familiarity with Downtown Montreal and its cultural offerings;
- Ability to manage stress effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Strong team-oriented approach and customer service focus;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful;
- 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role;
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
