Job Summary

The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by developing and implementing effective training programs. This position is responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing training strategies, and delivering high-quality training experiences to meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to support site objectives
  • Manage the site's training budget and resources
  • Oversee training in all areas of the factory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to develop and track training matrices against skills profiles
  • Evaluate training material to ensure alignment with skill assessments and requirements
  • Design and deliver training programs that support the development of leadership skills and behavioral competencies
  • Identify training gaps through analysis of site skills assessments and develop targeted training solutions
  • Coordinate site training and education, including scheduling, setup, and purchasing of training materials
  • Report training hours and costs to stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Provide ongoing development opportunities to employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably with a focus on training and development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in training and development
  • Lean manufacturing experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional computer skills and ability to work with various software applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing business needs
