We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and professional manner.
- Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and sparkling environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all facilities are secure and safe for guests and staff.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, flexibility, and a strong sense of organization and teamwork.
- Training and Development: Willingness to train and learn new skills to excel in the role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
- Language of Work: English.
