About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen as a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our facilities and guests, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist at Streats Pines Kitchen, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and staff on a daily basis. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
