Veterinary Receptionist Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at 404 Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive first impression for our clients and their pets
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and email correspondence
- Admit and discharge pet patients
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various tasks and treatments as needed

Requirements
