Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal presentation of our projects. You will work closely with creative, technical, and project teams to provide advice, support, and guidance, contributing to the success of our productions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the overall logistics strategy, covering international transportation, logistics partners, and suppliers.
- Manage the consolidation of equipment for projects in Montreal and internationally.
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including air, sea, and road shipments.
- Manage global supplier relationships and supervise the logistics team.
- Ensure effective management of Moment Factory's warehouses, both internal and external, on a global scale.
- Enhance management, coordination, and tracking tools, and participate in reviewing tasks related to logistics, production, and procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Logistics or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in international transport logistics, with expertise in strategy, coordination, and customs.
- Excellent understanding of documentation and customs processes.
- Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
