Project Coordinator Job Description

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects in Quebec City.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including goals, tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
