Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing in developing and executing highly effective marketing programs, including brand strategy, brand marketing planning, digital marketing, and creative packaging and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in managing projects related to our portfolio of brands.
  • Create presentations and reports upon request.
  • Work on go-to-market projects for digital and in-store launches, as directed by the Head of Marketing.
  • Assist in writing creative briefs and project briefs to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product marketing team to understand features and benefits of new product launches.
  • Oversee project management for all creative requests from the Product team to the Marketing team.
  • Manage brand books and assist in updating them.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in ensuring best-in-class end-consumer experience.
  • Assist in managing call center KPIs and running monthly reports.
  • Work with the Product team to ensure all information for new products is available and published to internal stakeholders as defined by the Head of Marketing.
  • Oversee projects both internally and externally, staying on top of deadlines to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Assign new projects to the right internal/external group.
  • Ensure we have the right software/process to manage projects.
  • Work on social media, create a social calendar, brief internal teams on creative.
  • Provide support with 3rd-party customer service teams and assist the Head of Marketing in managing KPIs and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual
  • Strong communication skills (written)
  • Experience working in the consumer goods industry with exposure to big-box retailers
  • Understanding of branding, brand launches, and activations
  • Understanding of the digital space and experience with digital marketing
  • Organized, able to handle multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented, review projects, content, and creative to ensure it follows specs
  • Strong user in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience

This is a permanent position. Salary will reflect experience. Work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-5:00 pm. We offer summer and winter hours where we finish earlier on Fridays.
