Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, maintenance, analysis, technical strategy, and production-related matters involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, code, implement, and document systems of a highly technical nature to support various stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop and maintain complex, multi-step T-SQL queries to extract insights from data.
  • Design and implement reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness.
  • Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or MIS.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
  • Experience with front-end programming languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and REST & SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
