Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, maintenance, analysis, technical strategy, and production-related matters involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, code, implement, and document systems of a highly technical nature to support various stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage the development and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other business systems.
  • Develop and implement reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness.
  • Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or MIS.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
  • Experience with front-end programming languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
  • Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, WSProxy.
  • Experience with writing complex, multi-step T-SQL queries.
  • Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Implementations, Salesforce Integration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Cloud certifications.
