Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, code, implement, and document systems of a highly technical nature to support various stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage the development and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex, multi-step SQL queries to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
  • Design and implement reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness.
  • Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or MIS.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, front-end programming languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML), and REST & SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Salesforce Marketing, Sales Cloud, and Integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

CB Canada offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
