Sales Representative for Branch Operations

Position Overview:
The selected candidate will oversee incoming inquiries, manage order processing, and actively promote the company's offerings to enhance sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all clients.
- Facilitate order processing and quotations through various channels, assisting the internal sales team with requests.
- Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with suppliers and purchasing groups to source necessary parts and equipment.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers through transparent communication.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and maintain inventory organization and cleanliness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, including on-call responsibilities.
- Ability to lift or move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Forklift training will be required if not already obtained.
- Participate in an on-call rotation after three months for emergency response.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- Sales acumen and persuasive abilities.
- Capability to work independently under pressure.
- Commitment to a strong work ethic and positive team dynamics.
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HVAC-R, retail sales, or a related technical field is advantageous.
- Completion of a professional degree in refrigeration or heating is a plus.
- Safety footwear is mandatory.
