Geologist - Exploration

Coeur Mining is a leading precious metals producer with a strong presence in the mining industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist - Exploration to join our team at the Silvertip Operation in Northern British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop regional exploration programs to identify new mineral deposits.
  • Conduct detailed structural mapping and sampling campaigns to gather valuable data.
  • Interpret and manage geochemical data to inform exploration decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
  • Perform pre-operational checks, operate equipment, and adhere to Safe Operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geoscience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in exploration, preferably in structurally hosted massive sulphides.
  • Strong knowledge of Vulcan, AutoCad, Leap Frog, and other relevant software.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with APEGBC.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a remote mine camp.
