About the Opportunity:

Sunwing Vacations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Sales Centre, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product knowledge, staying current with processes and procedures to provide expert guidance to Sales Centre teams.
  • Communicate new policies, procedure changes, and locations to support all call centres and support staff, ensuring a unified understanding of company standards.
  • Ensure all training and Sales Centre documents and supporting resources are available in English and French, catering to the diverse needs of our teams.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and management of eLearning courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), streamlining the learning experience for our employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Centre Project Support Lead on all projects related to the Sales Centre, contributing to project management discussions with a deep understanding of objectives, success criteria, and risk analysis.
  • Contribute to assessing the quality of project-related training, determining its effectiveness on an ongoing basis and ensuring that supporting resources align with the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma, with a strong foundation in business administration or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.
