Job Summary

The Regional Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and coordinate regional events, including training programs and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with RVPs, vendors, and direct reports
  • Manage RVPs' schedules and calendars to maximize efficiency
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as expense reporting and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate performance management discussions and interviews with candidates
  • Assist in building PowerPoint presentations and use internal software for entries related to direct reports
  • Plan and manage regional events, including evaluating venues, creating agendas, and coordinating vendors
  • Work independently and in collaboration with Regional, PC Level, and NSC-based teammates to conceive and support marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Administrative, marketing, and/or event coordination experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and organize events for groups of all sizes
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude to multitask and manage unexpected situations
  • Clear and creative communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Project management with an ability to manage training programs from conceptualization to implementation
  • Keeping deadlines and tight budgets while following through on tasks
