About the Role

Zalig Consulting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Geologist to join our team. As a Geologist, you will be responsible for conducting theoretical and applied research to extend our knowledge of surface and subsurface features of the earth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement models and applied software for the analysis and interpretation of geological data.
  • Identify and advise on anticipated natural risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Plan, direct, and participate in analyses of geological, geochemical, and geophysical survey data, well logs, and other test results.
  • Plan, direct, and participate in geological, geochemical, and geophysical field studies, drilling, and geological testing programs.
  • Recommend the acquisition of lands, exploration, and mapping programs, and mine development.
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Geology or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of geology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
