Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Audit and Assurance team in Kitchener-Waterloo. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing high-quality audit and assurance services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits and assurance engagements for a variety of clients, including public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments and testing procedures.
- Identify and report on audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments.
- CPA designation or working towards it.
- Strong academic record and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
