Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a retail environment.
This role is situated within a retail business setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
- Manage inventory by ordering new merchandise as needed.
- Authorize the return of products in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Engage in direct sales activities to meet store targets.
- Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure product availability.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of team members.
- Identify and select merchandise and services to be offered in the store.
This position supervises a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
