Key Duties
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle to fulfill the client's strategic goals.
  • Oversee programs or initiatives and large-scale capital projects, varying in complexity and scope.
  • Ensure that client expectations are consistently met or surpassed across all projects, advocating for the client's interests concerning contractual and technical matters.
  • Select, organize, and guide the performance of multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Facilitate client and project meetings, managing multiple stakeholders and communication channels.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing and prospective clients, responding to business development and sales opportunities with support from Business Development Managers, Principals, or Vice Presidents.
  • Regularly update project status through schedule revisions, meeting notes, financial documentation, and other relevant reports.
  • Provide oversight and leadership in the change management process, payment certifications, and other contract or project-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the management of project-related documents and deliver all work in compliance with our Quality Management System and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in project management, representing clients in the execution of building developments.
  • A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with public sector clients is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various design and construction methodologies, project management frameworks, and financial oversight, as well as building codes, contract law, and pertinent legislation.
  • Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and experience in a PMO setting.
  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and resolve diverse client and technical challenges.
  • Detail-oriented leader capable of thriving in a process-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software.
