We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kiehl's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll assist the Store Manager in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and application techniques, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand expectations.
  • Lead the team to achieve store retail targets by delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including POS activities and individual sales goals.
  • Recruit and loyalize customers through our brand recruitment procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring complete follow-through and reporting to management.
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
  • 1-3+ years of specialty retail store management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales through coaching and developing a team.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for skincare and serving customers.
  • Comfortable conducting skin care services on customers' faces after training.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
